Recording Ink Now Available
Traditional violet recording ink for barographs, thermographs, hygrographs and other self-recording instruments is now available in the shop.
A new product has been added to the shop — Violet Recording Ink, developed specifically for self-recording meteorological instruments with pen nibs.
Made to a traditional glycerine formula, the ink dries slowly in the pen, does not clog the capillary, and produces a clear, saturated trace on recording charts. It is supplied in a 15 ml light-proof black glass bottle with a dropper for precise and clean filling of recorder pens.
